We walk the finished work with you and close out anything on the punch list.

Cameron “Cam” Byers

Cold Creek Construction is owner-run. Cam holds the company's general building license and is the person responsible for the work, from the first estimate to the final inspection.
Cam is part of the Byers LeafGuard family. He grew up in the area and worked for years under the Byers LeafGuard brand, learning how foothill homes hold up through heavy snow, wildfire season, and steep lots. Cold Creek Construction puts that experience to work on everything from grading and site prep to full remodels.
Off the jobsite, Cam has always been drawn to the mountains. In his younger days he was an avid dog sledder, and in his spare time he fights fires, so protecting homes in the foothills and surrounding area is important to him.
At home, Cam is a family man. He has been married for more than a decade to his wife, a veterinarian, and together they are raising a young son and daughter.
